Honey known as thousand flowers honey is honey produced by bees many kinds of flowers like cherry, heather, thyme, acacia and borage  This is a very aromatic and both intense. Le Api di Valentina (Valentina’s Bees) is a beekeeping project born to recover an old abandoned vegetable garden in San Martino di Paravanico (Ceranesi) Genova. Subsequently, a new apiary was born on the hills of Granarolo, thus increasing the diversification of honey.

In the picture there is a flower of Borage (Borago officinalis) normally used to fill a kind of pasta normally cooked in Liguria named ravioli.
